About Jackson Appliance Repair

Local techs, honest diagnosis, and a written quote before a single part goes in — built for a working city that can't wait three weeks on a factory route.

Why We Exist

Jackson is the retail hub of West Tennessee — this city sells thousands of appliances a year — but when one breaks, the service options thin out fast. The manufacturers route Jackson through regional factory-service queues that book out weeks; the national chains answer with a phone tree and a four-hour window on a workday. Jackson Appliance Repair was built to be the other option: local technicians, a person on the phone, and scheduling that respects the fact that most of this city is at work between 8 and 5.

How We Work

Diagnosis first, always. The technician tests the unit — meter readings, error codes, brand service data — and then you get a written quote for the exact repair before any work begins: part, labor, total. Approve it and most repairs finish the same visit. Decline it and you owe only the diagnostic. No hourly meter, no mystery invoice lines, no parts you didn't sign off on.

And we're honest about the repair-or-replace question. A newer washer with a bad drain pump is an easy repair call; a fifteen-year-old freestanding fridge with a failed sealed system usually isn't, and we'll say so before you spend real money proving it. In a one-county business, the referral is worth more than the repair.

The Brands We Work On

Whirlpool, GE, Samsung, LG, Maytag, Frigidaire, KitchenAid, Bosch, Amana, Kenmore, Speed Queen, InSinkErator, and most other residential brands in West Tennessee kitchens and laundry rooms — from the newest smart-panel units in North Jackson builds to the mechanical workhorses still running in Bemis and out in the county.

Where We Work

All of Jackson — North, South, East, and West — plus Three Way and the rest of Madison County: Pinson, Beech Bluff, Medon, Denmark, Mercer, Oakfield, Spring Creek, Malesus, and the rural routes between. Not sure about your address? Call (731) 982-2212 — the answer is almost always yes.
